Saori Anou has defended her White Belt for the first time by defeating Starlight Kid at tonight’s Supreme Fight 2024 event. She won the championship by defeating MIRAI at Dream Queendom 2023.
The two debuted in STARDOM on the very same day – October 11, 2015 – where Kid lost a triple threat match that was won by Kaori Yoneyama whereas Anou lost to Haruka Kato, now known as HARUKAZE. Both have come far since that night, but ultimately it was Anou who emerged with the win.
Both women entered the match wearing new gear, with Anou paying tribute to the gear she wore in her STARDOM debut with a blue and white combination, but Kid went completely black in her colour choice, representing her desire to destroy the White Belt and bring darkness to its history.

The Sky Tiger pushed the champion to her limit, targeting her leg and applying the Black Tiger Leg Destroyer and kicking out at two multiple times – she even hit Momoe Nakanishi’s MomoLatch, yet it wasn’t enough to keep Anou down.
Anou still plans on holding the championship until she is challenged by her “Connected By This Strap” partner Natsupoi, and has stated that she’ll defend the Wonder of Stardom title against anyone from any company in the meantime. Future of Stardom champion Rina also stated the same thing following her successful defence today against STARS’ Yuzuki, wishing to be challenged by wrestlers outside of STARDOM.
