Tam Nakano Wins Both Major Stardom Championships

By: James Carlin

Today at Flashing Champions, Tam Nakano becomes only the second person in STARDOM’s history to hold both the World of Stardom title and Wonder of Stardom title at the same time. She achieved the feat by defeating her former Dream H tag team partner Mina Shirakawa, of Club Venus. Mayu Iwatani was the first to hold both championships at once, defeating Io Shirai for the Red Belt at Galaxy Stars in 2017.

Holding the White Belt and Red Belt at the same time isn’t the only legendary lineage that the Top Kawaii of the Cosmos has entered herself into, as she has now also become the fourth person to hold the Wonder of Stardom championship more than once, following in the footsteps of Mayu Iwatani, Io Shirai, and Act Yasukawa.

After her title win, MIRAI came to the ring, and finally asked for her Cinderella Wish from winning the Cinderella Tournament be granted as she challenged the new double champion for the Wonder of Stardom championship.
