Sareee & Unagi’s Fiery Back-and-Forth to Culminate at Produce Show

Sareee has agreed to a match with Unagi Sayaka, and she wants it to take place at Unagi’s produce show.

For the last day, The Sun Goddess and the Kabukimono have being going at each other’s throats constantly online. From Sareee calling Unagi “soft and boring” to Unagi claiming that Sareee was “nothing special in America, and you aren’t popular in Japan, either” – it’s clear that the two don’t like each other. The Sun Goddess critized Unagi for not sticking to her word when she said she would refuse to let KAIRI win during their time teaming together at AJPW in September.

Unagi had originally proposed working two matches at Sareee-ISM Chapter 3 in order to wrestle the Sun Goddess, stating that it’d make the show more talked about, leading to Sareee to say that she’ll only have a match with her on the condition that it takes place at Unagi’s produce show, which is set to take place on January 7th, 2024. The response from the promoter was less than positive, saying that the two may not even main event the show.

Unagi Sayaka’s produce show will take place on January 7th, whilst Sareee-ISM Chapter 3 will take place just nine days later on January 16th.

With tensions rising between the two prominent freelancers, it’s going to be a development to pay attention to as January gets closer and closer every day.
