The Best of Super Juniors 32 winner Kosei Fujita had been waiting patiently to see if he would be facing El Desperado or Jun Kasai for the IWGP Jr Heavyweight Championship.

For Fujita, the wait is over as New Japan Pro-Wrestling confirmed today that El Desperado will defend his IWGP Jr Heavyweight Title against Fujita on July 6th.

Recently STARDOM superstar Starlight Kid spoke with Tokyo Sports and expressed concern about former Marigold stars Sareee and Bozilla making appearances at the STARDOM THE CONVERSION 2025 event on June 21st.

Kid stated that the there is a need to make sure STARDOM doesn’t get coloured orange, which was a reference to Marigold.

The event featured the debut of former Marigold star Bozilla as she attacked the NEO GENESIS faction and aligned herself with Suzu Suzuki’s Mi Via Loca unit.
