Yoshitatsu Becomes “Delicious” with Unagi Sayaka and SAKI

Yoshitatsu is no stranger to flashy entrance motions. However, the challenge of the Gyan Period might have been too strong for him to handle. The All Asia Tag Team Champion joined the Cosmic Angels tandem of Unagi Sayaka and SAKI, who performed the faction’s upbeat dance routine to… Varying results.

Unfortunately, channeling the spirit of Tam Nakano’s brainchild was not enough against the dangerous trio of Suwama and Seki-gun partners Mayumi Ozaki and Maya Yukihi. The teams battled fiercely on March 14th’s AJPW Dream Power show at Shinjuku FACE.

Suwama had already been the target of Unagi’s assessment shenanigans, and he was looking to put an end to them, but broke down in an apparent anxiety attack. It was up to Ozaki and Yukihi to take care of the eccentric team by doing most of the work, mostly foul play, before Suwama could defeat Yoshitatsu to win the match for the team.

After the bout, Ozaki and Yukihi questioned Suwama’s reliability in the team, who ended up acting “like a virgin” in their opinion, after the former Triple Crown Champion confessed to having felt awkward and inhibited around the Cosmic Angels, going as far as asking them to wear less revealing gear next time. The villainous women ultimately accepted Suwama as a worthy ally to Seki-gun.

Meanwhile, Unagi promised to get revenge on her opponents, making it clear that the outlandish team of Yoshitatsu, SAKI and herself -Now known as Tsuchinoko, in reference to the mythological fish- was far from over.
