The All Together spectacle in Nippon Budokan was a great evening, and the main event was a great showcase of what the future of pro wrestling holds in Japan with Pro Wrestling NOAH’s Kaito Kiyomiya shining like no other in front of some of the biggest Japanese wrestlers in their respective companies. Kiyomiya got the victory for his team and right when he was about to celebrate, a familiar foe by the name of Gabe Kidd stormed to the ring and attacked him, challenging him for his GHC Heavyweight Title.

The GHC Heavyweight Champion accepted the challenge and told him he was going to do it anytime, anywhere. The date for Kiyomiya’s first title defense will be on June 16th, in Yokohama BUNTAI. Kidd and Kiyomiya go way back since there was hostility growing before the G1 Climax, where Kidd was pretty vocal about Kiyomiya and how he was nothing compared to him. Kiyomiya and Kidd had a match in the G1 Climax which ended up in a draw, and since then there’s something unresolved between the two. Could Kidd shock the world and end Kiyomiya’s reign earlier than he even thought? Is Kiyomiya still the star that has to carry Pro Wrestling NOAH?
