Daichi Hashimoto & Hideyoshi Kamitani Shock BJW Fans By Joining Yosomono Faction

The Big Japan Pro-Wrestling faction Yosomono, which has been making waves lately within the promotion, has added two more huge members to it’s unit.

At the Jan. 2nd BJW “2026 NEW YEAR BATTLE BEGINNING” event at Korakuen Hall, which drew a respectable 634 fans, there was an Outsiders vs Big Japan six man tag team bout. The outsider team of Yosomono which was represented by BJW World Strong Heavyweight Champion Daimonji So, Minoru Fujita & Jacob Crane took on the BJW trio of Daichi Hashimoto, Hideyoshi Kamitani & Kazumasa Yoshida.

The bout saw excellent back and forth action as it was an evenly fought encounter that could have gone either way. The match took a shocking turn when Yoshida was attempting a powerslam on Daimonji when Hashimoto burst in, kicked Yoshida and proceeded to piledrive the young star. This caused confusion all around which enabled Daimonji to take advantage and hit his Black Rain finisher on Yoshida. The result of Daimonji’s Black Rain on Yoshida was a pinfall victory for Yosomono.

Following the bout, Hashimoto grabbed a mic and announced he was joining Yosomono and Hideyoshi Kamitani followed his Okami partner’s lead by aligning himself with the faction as well.

Hashimoto & Kamitani have been two dominant forces within BJW for many years as they both debuted for the promotion in 2012. The two team often as Okami and they are three time BJW Tag Team Champions. Between Hashimoto and Kamitani, they have held the BJW World Strong Heavyweight Title a combined five times.

With the addition of Kamitani & Hashimoto to Yosomono, the unit has has become extremely more dangerous and the entire BJW should be on notice.

Kazumasa Yoshida for his part took to X and said he felt great as he can now challenge for the the BJW World Strong Heavyweight Title.

But Yoshida can’t battle the now five man faction on his own. He will have to find allies within BJW or even look outside of BJW. Maybe now would be the right time for someone to pick up the phone and give Yuji Okabayashi a call.
