AJPW Announces All The Participants In The Upcoming Zennichi Jr. Festival 2026 Tournament

The All Japan Pro-Wrestling Zennichi Jr. Festival 2026 tournament is set to get underway on Aug. 9th at Korakuen Hall. This years tournament will feature 12 entrants broken into two blocks, Block A and Block B. The winner from each block will face-off in the championship bout on Aug, 29th at Ota City General Gymnasium.

At the July 19th SUMMER ACTION SERIES 2026 event at Korakuen Hall, AJPW revealed the 12 participants in this years Zennichi Jr. Festival 2026 tournament.

The entrants in this years tournament are as follows:

Block A

• Rising HAYATO
• MUSASHI
• Yasutaka Yano
• Seiki Yoshioka
• Seigo Tachibana
• Leon de Oro

Block B

• Atsuki Aoyagi
• Dan Tamura
• Hokuto Omori
• Shota Kofuji
• Naruki Doi
• Yuya Aoki

The winner of the Jr. Festival Tournament will earn the right to challenge for the AJPW World Jr. Heavyweight Championship which is currently held by Dan Tamura.

Tamura is set to defend the title on July 25th against Naruki Doi which means Doi could very well be the AJPW World Jr. Heavyweight by the time the Zennichi Jr. Festival 2026 tournament kicks off.

Atsuki Aoyagi was the winner of the Zennichi Jr. Festival 2025 tournament and will be looking for back-to-back wins.
