Sayaka Kurara and Ruaka Off To Strong Starts at the STARDOM 5★STAR GP 2026 Tournament

The STARDOM 5★STAR GP 2026 continued with its second night of action on July 19th at the Loisir Hotel Toyohashi Holiday Hall with a capacity crowd on hand for the event.

The featured match-up saw Sayaka Kurara do battle with Rina in a Red Stars Block A bout. Rina was looking to secure her first two points of the tournament but on July 19th, they weren’t coming at the expense of Kurara.

It wasn’t easy but Kurara was able to defeat Rina at the 13:54 mark following a Tokimeki Spear. The victory was Kurara’s second in a row and raised her point total to four points as the former World of STARDOM champion currently leads the Red Stars A Block.

In other action, Ruaka faced Rian in a Blue Stars Block A match. Ruaka was looking to win her second straight match and remain undefeated in the tournament. Rian, looking for her first points, fought valiantly but Ruaka proved to be too much for the young star.

Ruaka emerged victorious over Rian in less than six minutes which increased her point total to four and gave her sole spot at the top of the Blue Stars A Block.

In her STARDOM 5★STAR GP 2026 debut, Maki Itoh defeated Mei Seira.

In her first STARDOM 5★STAR GP 2026 tournament match in three years Utami Hayashishita wrestled to a draw with Rina Yamashita.
