Zack Sabre Jr. and Ryohei Oiwa Advance to NJPW World Tag League Finals

The first of the NJPW World Tag League semi-finals took place in Nagasaki, with the A Block winners taking on the B Block runners-up. TMDK’s Zack Sabre Jr. and Ryohei Oiwa secured the win and advance to the finals.

Bishamon had topped A Block, finishing their tournament run with 10 points, outdoing Sabre Jr. and Oiwa’s total of 8 points. However, despite Hirooki Goto and YOSHI-HASHI’s great run in the round robin phase, TMDK had their number. Sabre Jr. and Oiwa will make their way to the finals on December 14th. In their post match comments, Oiwa made no secret of wanting to face the Knockout Brothers:
