TJPW ran their first event in Nanao in the Noto region of Japan, acting as somewhat of a homecoming show for Uta Takami. In the main event, Takami was on the winning side as Princess of Princess Champion Yuki Arai scored the deciding fall.
Next month, Arai will defend her title at TJPW All Rise against Shoko Nakajima. It is a short road to TJPW All Rise, with not many preliminary bouts scheduled, making every chance to build momentum crucial. In the Nanao Wada Sports Center, the two women clashed for the first time since the match was made. Arai sided with Uta Takami and Mizuki, while Nakajima formed a trio with Shino Suzuki and Wakana Uehara.
While Arai and Nakajima got a few licks on each other, Arai would score the fall on Shino Suzuki. With her teammates clearing out the opponents, Arai wrapped Suzuki up in the Scorpion Deathlock and forced a submission.
After the match, Arai thanked the fans for supporting their debut in Nanao City and the Noto region. The next stop on their path to all rise will be on October 24th in Kasukabe where more preliminary bouts will take place, and the TJPW Next Generation tournament will continue.
TJPW All Rise takes place on November 8th in Korakuen Hall.
