Marital “Young Lion” Shingo Takagi Learns Hell Hath No Fury Like a Natsupoi Scorned by Naming WWE’s Stephanie Vaquer as His Favorite Female Wrestler

New Japan Pro-Wrestling superstar Shingo Takagi is learning the hard way what the trials and tribulations of marriage is all about. Takagi is married to STARDOM superstar Natsupoi and the two are set to team up on Oct. 29th for the first time to take on Hirooki Goto & Yuna Mizumori.

Takagi & Natsupoi announced their marriage earlier this year and recently, Takagi made a crucial mistake that has apparently cost him dearly.

Both Takagi & Natsupoi were talking to reporters after a practice session when Takagi was asked about Natsupoi’s ability as a wrestler. Takagi began to speak when Natsupoi asked him who his favourite women’s wrestler was and Takagi wisely motioned to Natsupoi.

Unfortunately for Takagi, Natsupoi quickly responded, ” It’s Stephanie Vaquer, right?” as she was referring to a past video clip in which Takagi named WWE’s Vaquer as his favorite female wrestler. Takagi, who can be thought of as a “Young Lion” when it comes to being a husband, made the crucial mistake of saying, “Well, if we are looking at it from a global perspective.” Natsupoi quickly cut him off and questioned what he meant by a “global perspective”. Takagi made it worse for himself by explaining he meant “on a worldwide scale” to which Natsupoi reminded her husband that she is part of the “worldwide scale”.

They continued the heated conversation about Vaquer and a novice Takagi asked if they were done with the topic. Natsupoi assured him that she wasn’t done in the least bit.

Takagi, to his credit, tried to make amends by praising Natsupoi’s ability as a wrestler but the damage had already been done and he had reached a point of no return. An angry Natsupoi then began complaining about the practice session they just had by telling Takagi that they only practiced his signature moves and she was the only one getting thrown around.

Hoping for a bit of help, Takagi reminded Natsupoi that they were in the middle of a interview and motioned to the interviewer. The interviewer didn’t get hint that Takagi was desperately sending and suggested that he talk it out with Natsupoi. The interviewer received a subtle death stare from Takagi but still seemed clueless by suggesting Takagi apologize to his wife. Eventually, Natsupoi got up and told Takagi she wasn’t going home that evening then proceeded to leave.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Shingo Takagi especially when he and Natsupoi are behind closed doors as there will be no cameras rolling and his wife will not have any reason to show any restraint whatsoever. It’s going to be a long, tough road ahead for the marital “Young Lion” Shingo Takagi as it appears hell hath no fury like a Natsupoi scorned.
