Yoshiki Inamura Says the N-1, Kaito Kiyomiya, and NOAH Are the Best Following Time-limit Draw in Fukuoka

By: Ian McCord

Pro Wrestling NOAH’s N-1 VICTORY 2026 continued on September 16th, with 596 fans in attendance at the ACROS Fukuoka Event Hall to see the much-anticipated showdown between A Block’s Kaito Kiyomiya and Yoshiki Inamura in the main event.

Tensions between Kiyomiya and Inamura have been on the rise since the two graced the cover of Weekly Pro Wrestling Magazine during the summer, where they were dubbed part of NOAH’s “Big Three” alongside TEAM 2000X’s OZAWA.

Inamura and Kiyomiya faced off back in August as part of the GHC200 Championship tournament. However, as was the case here in Fukuoka, that match ended in a time-limit draw, leaving fans to wonder what would happen in their next singles encounter.

In their latest chapter, Kiyomiya used his speed and ring awareness to hold off Inamura, picking his spots wisely and taking advantage of Inamura’s injured knee. In the closing moments of the match, the self-proclaimed “Captain” of the Ark, Yoshiki Inamura, was set to deliver what was sure to be a devastating and possibly match-ending powerbomb to Kiyomiya before the match had hit the 30-minute time-limit, leaving Inamura to eventually fall to the mat and not deliver the move.

After the match, Inamura offered his hand as a sign of respect, only for Kiyomiya to kick it away and proceed to get into the face of Inamura before leaving the ring.

During his post-match comments, Inamura declared the N-1 VICTORY, Kaito Kiyomiya, and Pro Wrestling NOAH as the best before telling Kiyomiya to hold his head high and not be a crybaby after today’s match. Inamura also mentioned not knowing if his knee, which was heavily targeted in the match, will hold up, but he plans to continue to fight with everything he has.

From Yoshiki Inamura:

“N-1 VICTORY is the best! Kaito Kiyomiya is the best! PRO WRESTLING NOAH is the best! ME, and a ton of other wrestlers too — we’ve all been pulled up by you, Kaito Kiyomiya! Don’t you dare hang your head and mope around! We didn’t settle it today. But if you keep making that sad, teary, crybaby face, I’ll devour you whole in no time, Kaito Kiyomiya! You’re PRO WRESTLING NOAH, right? Well, so am I. Let’s make PRO WRESTLING NOAH the best promotion together! And for that, I need to win every match left in N-1. Not sure this leg’s gonna hold up, but I’ll fight with everything I’ve got. Thank you! Everyone in the Ark Ship Universe, thank you! See you soon, bye bye! Somebody… somebody…”

Next up for Inamura is Shane Haste on September 20th at Umeda Sky Building Stella Hall in Osaka.

In other A Block action, Takashi Sugiura bested Kazuyuki Fujita, Alpha Wolf defeated Yuki Iino, and Shane Haste added two more points to the scoreboard with a win over Chen in the semi-main event.

N-1 VICTORY 2026 rolls on at the Hiroshima Industrial Hall East Exhibition Hall on September 17th with another night of B Block action, featuring the clash between Manabu Soya and Masa Kitamiya to claim the current top spot in the block.
