Unagi Sayaka has announced her ambitions to run her own independent wrestling show. This news comes after a YouTube video uploaded to her channel, where she said she’s saved up enough money (around 27,000USD) to run Korakuen Hall on January 7th. The show is named “Tono wa go ranshin!~ Ichiban kinboshi ~”.
The show is being held on January 7th to celebrate a year of Sayaka going onto her “Gyan Period” and become a freelance wrestler. January 4th 2024 also marks five years since she made her wrestling debut, and she had thought to herself of things she hadn’t done yet – resulting in her wanting to produce her own show.
When talking about her plans to run a show, she said: ” I want the show to be the day that I think I’ll enjoy the most.”
No one has been announced for the show yet, but the Kabukimono plans to choose her own opponent, warning that she’s coming to assess any wrestlers.
