TJPW to Introduce Social Media-Focused Unlimited Princess Championship on Dec. 26th

TJPW made a big announcement just before kicking off All Rise in Korakuen Hall. A fourth championship will be introduced to the promotion, the Unlimited Princess Championship, with it set to be a social media-focused prize.

The first champion will be decided by a battle royal at TJPW Year-End Party on December 26th in Korakuen Hall. The participants for this battle royal have yet to be announced.

TJPW have explained the social media aspect of the title. Though they have noted that these may be tweaked before the belt is introduced, the rules as listed on the TJPW website are as follows:

• Any wrestler wishing to challenge for or defend the title must post some form of announcement on social media, along with their desired rules, within 24 hours.
• A title match is considered official once the event organizers post an “Approved” notice on social media. The time between the announcement and approval is valid even if it is just one second. However, a challenge resulting from an unannounced attack is invalid.
• As long as the rules are proposed and approved by the event organizers, a title match is valid even if it does not follow standard pro-wrestling rules.
• Defense matches must be streamed on social media. Even if the match takes place in the ring as a standard pro-wrestling match, the entire match must be streamed on social media.

Going off this ruleset, the Unlimited Princess Championship is sure to be the most unique one in the TJPW title line-up.
