Syuri Responds To Sareee Questioning Why She Didn’t Compete At STARDOM’s June 8th Event

On the June 8th STARDOM IN KORAKUEN 2025 JUN.” event at Korakuen Hall, Sareee was confronted by the IWGP Women’s Champion Syuri. The face-off occurred following Sareee’s victory over Syuri’s disciple Ranna Yagami.

The two engaged in a verbal confrontation that served as a lead-up to the June 21st bout that will see Syuri put her title on the line against Sareee.

While conducting her post-match interview, Sareee questioned why Syuri didn’t wrestle on the June 8th event if she was able to make it to Korakuen Hall. Sareee continued to go after Syuri and wondered if it had anything to do with her lack of drive as a competitor.

Syuri, who had defended her title in the UK on June 6th, has since responded to Sareee’s comments. She dismissed it as Sareee attempting to provoke her.

“Oh, was I being provoked like that? I wasn’t even scheduled for a match today. If she’s going to say things like that, then let’s go to London together and come back, so we can experience those feelings together and then have a match.”

While Sareee has made it a goal to win the IWGP Women’s Championship n 2025, Syuri has no intention of giving it up. Fans can expect more verbal confrontations between the two as they both gear up for their highly anticipated bout on June 21st.
