Starlight Kid Hopes To Get Invited Back To AEW

On June 28th, Starlight Kid participated in her first AEW/NJPW/STARDOM/CMLL Forbidden Door event as she challenged Thekla for the AEW Women’s Championship in San Jose, California.

While Starlight Kid was unsuccessful in capturing the AEW Women’s Title, she appeared to enjoy her time competing at Forbidden Door and now wants another taste of AEW.

Starlight Kid took to X and stated while she didn’t win at Forbidden Door, she hopes to get asked back to AEW. She attached a pic of her and Tony Khan which clearly indicates she is aiming that request directly at him.

As if this writing, Khan hasn’t directly responded to Starlight Kid but he did post positively on the Thekla vs. Kid match a few days ago.

There is a very good chance that we will see Starlight Kid back in AEW in the near future with the good working relationship between AEW and STARDOM. In addition, Kid would like to get some revenge on Thekla after she stole her mask following their bout at Forbidden Door.

While it would be exciting to see Starlight Kid back in AEW, let’s keep our fingers crossed she will remain STARDOM’s Starlight Kid and doesn’t become AEW’s Starlight Kid.
