Saya Kamitani Remains World Of STARDOM Champion As H.A.T.E. Exhibits Dominance At STARDOM DREAM QUEENDOM 2025

On Dec. 29th, STARDOM presented it’s biggest event of the year STARDOM DREAM QUEENDOM 2025 at a sold out Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo.

Going into this event, Saya Kamitani reached a milestone as she officially has held the World of STARDOM title for one year. Back on Dec. 29th 2024, she defeated Tam Nakano at STARDOM DREAM QUEENDOM 2024 to begin her incredible reign as the holder of the STARDOM Red Belt.

At STARDOM DREAM QUEENDOM 2025, Kamitani was once again in the main event, only this time she was the defending champion. Her challenger, Saori Anou, wanted nothing more than to end Kamitani’s year long reign as the World of STARDOM Champion.

Anou gave a valiant effort and took Kamitani to the absolute limit. Anou pulled out all the stops in her attempt to become the new champion, she even went as far as choking Kamitani with a chain.

Despite the extremely tough challenge of Anou, Kamitani was able to prevail once again as she hit her patented Spinning Star Crusher that proved to be too much for her opponent. It took Kamitani over twenty-two minutes to emerge victorious in her eighth Red Belt Title defense.

Following her victory, Starlight Kid appeared and challenged Kamitani for the World Of STARDOM Championship to which Kamitani accepted. Their match will be made official in the very near future.

It was a huge night for the H.A.T.E. faction at STARDOM DREAM QUEENDOM 2025. In addition to Kamitani, Konami successfully defended her Wonder of STARDOM title against the #1 contender Saya Iida. In her first defense of the White Belt, Konami made Saya Iida submit to the Final Lancer and ended the match at the 20:34 mark.

After her victory, Konami was confronted by fellow H.A.T.E. faction member Rina, who herself won the New Year’s Eve STARDOM Rumble earlier in the event. Rina issued a challenge to Konami for the Wonder of STARDOM Title.

The H.A.T.E. tag team of Natsuko Tora & Ruaka made their third defense of the Goddesses of STARDOM Championship against the 15th Goddesses of STARDOM Tag League tournament winners and New Blood Tag Team Champions Aya Sakura & Sayaka Kurara. The match ended after nearly 20 minutes of action when Ruaka pinned Sakura after a Daruma-style German Suplex Hold. BMI2000 retained their belts as H.A.T.E. made a clean sweep and proved their dominance within STARDOM.

In other action, Sareee defeated Natsupoi in a highly anticipated bout and Fuwa-chan lost in her re-debut match against Hazuki but showed plenty of promise in defeat.
