Welcome to Puroresu Gate, a weekly feature where we review attendance figures of Puroresu and Joshi promotions in the most well-known venues in Japan.
This week, we are looking at the 8,000-seat Osaka Prefectural Arena in Osaka Japan. This popular venue for Puroresu’s big-name players has been host to some amazing matches and moments over the years.
Pro Wrestling Noah got fans talking big time with this event after several spectacular matches as well as appearances from NJPW stars Tetsuya Naito and Kazuchika Okada. The highlight of the night was Mexican Luchador Dralistico making his Noah debut against Atsushi Kotoge in a Jr Heavyweight classic!
