On June 8th, Pro Wrestling NOAH held its final episode of MONDAY MAGIC INSIDE OUT SEASON which was held at Shinjuku FACE. The Monday Magic series has become very popular amongst fans and the latest season was no exception.
The main event for the June 8th event featured Pro Wrestling NOAH megastar Kaito Kiyomiya as he teamed with Titus Alexander and they faced the freelancer duo of Yuya Aoki & Fuminori Abe. What transpired was an action-packed match that showcased the talents of all four competitors as they all proved they were worthy of main eventing the Monday Magic Season Finale.
The bout was won by Kiyomiya & Alexander after Kiyomiya pinned Aoki with a Tiger Suplex Hold to end the match at the 17:20 mark.
During the post-match backstage interview, Aoki and Abe had a lot to say as they both still appeared fired up:
From Yuya Aoki:
“I just couldn’t hold back! This is a huge opportunity.”
Fuminori Abe:
“To be paired up like this, in a place like this…”
From Yuya Aoki:
“Standing right next to Abe, facing Titus and Kaito Kiyomiya. I’ve been working as a pro wrestler all this time, so there’s no way I wouldn’t be aware of Kaito Kiyomiya. He’s the same age as me. This is where it starts. I’m not giving up.”
Following the event, Kaito Kiyomiya took to X and praised both Aoki & Abe by calling each of them “amazing”.
From Kaito Kiyomiya:
“Fuminori Abe and Yuya Aoki, You were amazing! The final MONDAY MAGIC event at Shinjuku FACE. Thank you so much for your warm support!!”
While Fuminori Abe has been a freelancer for quite some time, Yuya Aoki became a freelancer in March 2026 after leaving Big Japan Pro-Wrestling. Aoki has been thriving as a freelancer with appearances in AJPW, GLEAT and now Pro Wrestling NOAH.
Abe, also formerly of BJW, has been praised as one of the best Junior Heavyweights in Pro-Wrestling today.
