Pro Wrestling NOAH announced today that they have introduced a new title within its ranks. The new championship is called the GHC 200 Title and it comes with a very interesting rule. Each sanctioned GHC 200 match will have a time limit of only 200 seconds and the winner must be determined within that timeframe.
These are the special rules set by NOAH for every GHC 200 bout:
A tournament will be held over two days to determine the inaugural GHC 200 Champion on Aug. 9th & 10th.
Here is the full Pro Wrestling NOAH press release currently on their website:
“Pro Wrestling NOAH is pleased to announce the establishment of a new GHC title: the “GHC 200” Championship. This title was created based on a new concept that overturns traditional pro wrestling conventions by limiting match duration to “just 200 seconds” and determining the winner within that limited timeframe. With an extreme time limit that allows for no momentary lapses, this innovative title will feature unprecedented high-speed and intense back-and-forth action. Accordingly, we will hold the inaugural championship tournament over two days and two events: Sunday, August 9, and Monday, August 10, both at Korakuen Hall. On August 10, 2026, please look forward to the birth of the historic first champion, who will etch a new name into NOAH’s history. Please note that the following “GHC200 Special Rules,” optimized for the 200-second time limit, will be applied during this tournament.” (Translated via Deepl.com)
The GHC 200 Title tournament opening round matches will begin on Aug 9th at Korakuen Hall and they are as follows:
