Pro Wrestling NOAH released the rules for this new tournament:
NOAH did not indicate if this new tag league will be replacing Global Tag League which has been on a hiatus since 2020. Global Tag League had been the annual NOAH tag team tournament from 2008 through 2020. El Hijo de Dr Wagner Jr. and Rene Dupree were the winners of the Global Tag League back in 2020.
The current GHC Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Jack Morris and Anthony Greene, who had a successful title defense on February 4th, will be waiting patiently to see who emerges as the winner of the Victory Challenge Tag League. The GLG tandem will be making their fourth defense of the tag titles against one of the seven teams that will be competing in the new tag league with each team posing a real threat of dethroning the current champions.
