Marigold’s TRUE VICTORY 2025 Tour Continued On Nov. 24th With Big Main Event

The Marigold TRUE VICTORY 2025 series continued on Nov. 24th as the Kazuno City Memorial Sports Center in Akita hosted the latest event of the tour.

The main event of the latest Marigold TRUE VICTORY 2025 featured a number of current Marigold champions. The current Marigold Superfly Champion Mayu Iwatani teamed with the United National Champion Victoria Yuzuki & Seri Yamaoka as they faced the Twin Star Champions Misa Matsui & CHIAKI and their partner Rea Seto. This bout served as a preliminary for Yuzuki and Matsui as the two will meet in Sapporo on Dec. 6th for the United National Title.

In an encounter that lasted nearly twenty minutes, Yuzuki scored a pinfall on CHIAKI to win the match for her team. Yuzuki hit her Victory Shoot finisher which was enough to put CHIAKI away.

Following the match, Yuzuki made post-match backstage comments indicating that she felt the win slowed down Matsui’s momentum ahead of their Dec. 6th showdown.

“I have a title match with United scheduled for the Sapporo tournament on December 6th, so I think it was a big deal that I was able to stop Misa Matsui’s momentum again today. It wasn’t a direct win, but I think it was a big deal.” (Translated via Google translate)
