Maki Itoh Triumphs in GCW, Celebrates with Happy Meal

Maki Itoh’s wild story of redemption continues with a new tour in North America, and Game Changer Wrestling was home to her shenanigans once again.

Last weekend, Itoh got to face one of the unsung heroes and legends of independent women’s wrestling in the West, LuFisto. Itoh would defeat her and go on to double the score the following day by joining Rina Yamashita and VENY to defeat the trio of Billie Starkz, Janai Kai and Sawyer Wreck, who are all quite familiar with Maki at this point.

Itoh is quickly becoming an uber fan-favorite for the GCW faithful, who are not afraid of making it known if they dislike a wrestler. Heart and soul of the promotion, Nick Gage, gave a speech singing nothing but praise towards the “Charisma of the New Era.”

In an amusing anecdote, a fan happened to encounter Maki in McDonald’s, who kindly accepted a photo op. Itoh would later realize she made a fatal oversight, as she realized that she was caught buying a Happy Meal all for herself.

Maki Itoh seems to prove that after an exhausting wrestling match surrounded by the overwhelming screams of rowdy wrestling fans, there is no better treat than some Chicken McNuggets.
