Today, All Japan Pro Wrestling announced an additional match for their show in Ota City this Sunday. In the pre-main event, All Japan’s ace Kento Miyahara will join forces with promising novice Yuma Anzai to take on Los Ingobernables de Japón’s Tetsuya Naito and BUSHI.
Tetsuya Naito had already been confirmed to return to All Japan last month after his last match all the way back in 2008. However, he didn’t show much excitement -if any- about his upcoming performance. He claimed that he wasn’t making fun of them, but the company just didn’t have any buzz around it. “The size of the wrestlers is the same, but I have the impression that their scale has gone downwards,” Naito expressed.

The leader of LIJ hadn’t picked any particular opponent, and preferred someone to either be eliminated or deliberately drop out of the Champion Carnival tournament, implying that in today’s day and age, a match against Tetsuya Naito is more important than winning the tournament. Precisely, it was yesterday that Kento Miyahara was taken out of contention after losing to T-Hawk.
His doubts about what he was going to do at the show were answered today. Allying himself with one of the most remarkable rookies today in Yuma Anzai, the present and the future of All Japan will defend the company’s honor against Naito and Ingobernables teammate BUSHI. Surely, this match is bound to have some animosity between the opponents.
