After his match for LIMIT BREAK yesterday, Kazuyuki Fujita sat down with Tokyo Sports and had a chat about various topics: One of these topics being Katsuhiko Nakajima’s situation with the IGF and the usage of the “Toukon Style” trademark. Fujita unexpectedly supported Nakajima, and he has the authority to do so as Antonio Inoki’s last disciple. The last heir of Inoki had a lot to say.

Fujita has been both IWGP World Champion and GHC Heavyweight Champion alike. He defeated Nakajima in 2022 to become Pro Wrestling NOAH’s monarch, and both had an interesting dynamic as opponents. Fujita and Nakajima share many things in common despite having different sizes and capabilities, one of which is their “Fighting Spirit” and how they use it to their advantage.
The style baptized by Inoki flows through their veins and both know how to channel that strength and drive to continue fighting. Fujita was against the IGF and expressed an interesting philosophy about the style:
After this proclamation, Fujita changed the course of the conversation and decided to speak on Jake Lee and his upcoming match for NOAH on March 2nd. “The Beast” was excited to talk about this match:
Fujita is a calm individual, but inside the ring, he’s as dangerous as you can imagine. Lee must be prepared for everything Fujita brings to the table, because a man who has defeated Nakajima, tormented Go Shiozaki, and taken Kaito Kiyomiya to the next level is not someone who should be taken lightly.
