Kaito Kiyomiya Wins Final Rumble at Pro Wrestling NOAH’s Last Shinjuku FACE Show

Shinjuku FACE hosted its final Pro Wrestling NOAH event on July 8th, with the promotion making its way to Tokyo for another edition of LETHAL ODYSSEY TOUR 2026.

The historic venue is closing its doors in September, and has been the location of countless memories for NOAH throughout the years, with the building being the home base for the promotion’s MONDAY MAGIC events the past few years.

A special “Final Rumble” took place in the main event on July 8th, with Twelve NOAH superstars looking to pick up the last win at an event hosted at Shinjuku FACE.

The Rambo-style match included Kaito Kiyomiya, Naomichi Marufuji, KENOH, Yoshiki Inamura, as well as others. Kiyomiya was the last man standing, picking up the win after hitting his Skywalker Elbow onto Yuto Koyanagi in (13:22).

After the match, Kiyomiya addressed the crowd, thanking them for coming to the final NOAH event at the venue and shared how he and many others on the roster have so many memories at Shinjuku FACE. Kiyomiya also had a response to OZAWA’s send off message in the match prior.

My first win as a pro wrestler was right here at Shinjuku FACE, so this place holds a very special place in my heart. Shinjuku FACE is full of memories for so many wrestlers, and I’m sure there are plenty of NOAH wrestlers here who are also filled with gratitude for this venue. If you’d like, would you all please come up to the ring? I’m sure everyone gathered here today has many memories of this Shinjuku FACE as well. OZAWA expressed his gratitude in the match right before this one, but he didn’t put any heart into it at all, so I think we should all come together once more and voice our gratitude to Shinjuku FACE! The Final Rumble win gives Kiyomiya some momentum going into his No. 1 Contender match against Tetsuya Naito on July 18th at HaRENO Presents SUMMER EPIC 2026 in Osaka.

Speaking of Tetsuya Naito, the leader of Los Tranquilos de Japon faced off against Daiki Odashima at the final Shinjuku FACE event, in his second singles match since joining NOAH at the start of the year. Odashima put up a valiant effort, fighting until he had nothing left, getting trapped in Naito’s Pluma Blanca submission with the referee putting a stop to the match at (11:20). The victory from Naito gives him a good warm up and a bit of momentum ahead of his match with Kiyomiya in just under 2 weeks.
