The Pro Wrestling NOAH N-1 VICTORY 2026 began back on Sept. 12th with sixteen participants vying to be the one who wins the tournament and earn the right to challenge Tetsuya Naito for the GHC Heavyweight Title at WRESTLE ODYSSEY II on Oct. 25th. After over two weeks of block matches, the NOAH N-1 VICTORY 2026 is now down to just two combatants.
The final night of block action took place on Sept. 27th at the Light Cube Utsunomiya with 603 fans on hand for the event and ready to witness a number of potential scenarios play out.
In the A Block, Kaito Kiyomiya controlled his own destiny as he lead the respective block with nine points going into Sept. 27. If he lost his final block match to CHEN, then either Shane Haste or Alpha Wolf would advance to the tournament finals. In the B Block, the only three that had a chance to get to the finals were Kenoh, OZAWA and Tetsuya Endo.
The first match of the evening that had any meaning was OZAWA vs. Tetsuya Endo as they both entered the match tied in first place with Kenoh in the B Block, all with eight points each. In a bout that lasted less than six minutes, OZAWA defeated Endo with a backslide pin after he kicked Endo with a low blow. The win gave OZAWA ten points and eliminated Endo from making it to the finals.
OZAWA would then have to hope Kenoh lost his match to his fellow Team 2000x member Masa Kitamiya.
In a Block A bout, Shane Haste defeated Alpha Wolf with his patented Bomb Valley Death to raise his point total to ten. Haste would have to wait and hope that CHEN played the role of spoiler by defeating Kaito Kiyomiya in the main event. If Kiyomiya lost, Haste would fill that coveted spot in the tournament finals for the A Block.
Kenoh entered his bout with momentum and felt determined he was going to be the one representing the Block B in the NOAH N-1 VICTORY 2026 finals. Kenoh took the fight to Masa Kitamiya and appeared to be on his way to winning the match. Unfortunately for Kenoh, OZAWA and other members of Team 2000x interfered which caused the course of the bout to change dramatically.
Kenoh battled Team 2000x and held his own despite being outnumbered by the villainous faction. It was obvious that Team 2000x had one objective and that was to make sure OZAWA was the one who gets to the finals.
While outside the ring, Kitamiya had piledrived Kenoh onto the floor and then made it back to the ring. The 20 count began and Kenoh who struggled a bit was about to enter the ring before the 20 count finished but Kai Fujimura appeared from under the ring. Fujimura held onto Kenoh’s leg and prevented him from getting back into the ring before the referee reached 20 and he was counted out. Kitamiya was declared the victor thus catapulting OZAWA into the finals as the winner of the B Block. As expected, Kenoh was absolutely enraged at the way he lost the bout and went after Kitamiya.
As the main event began, CHEN was hoping to prevent Kaito Kiyomiya from winning the match and making it to the finals of the tournament. CHEN is a very dangerous competitor but the sheer will and determination of Kiyomiya reached a colossal level especially with his hate rival OZAWA waiting in the wings.
Kiyomiya and CHEN engaged in a terrific bout and in the end it was Kiyomiya hitting his Skywalker Elbow that ended that match at the 17:09 mark and secured hits spot in the tournament finals against OZAWA.
After the bout Kiyomiya praised CHEN calling him a great wrestler. OZAWA then appeared as he and Kiyomiya became locked in a verbal battle inside the ring as the packed house watched with high interest.
It is now official, on Oct. 4th at Yoyogi National Gymnasium 2nd Gymnasium, Kaito Kiyomiya will face OZAWA in the NOAH N-1 VICTORY 2026 finals with a date with GHC Heavyweight Champion Tetsuya Naito on Oct. 25th hanging in the balance.
