Josh Barnett to guest commentate for NOAH at Majestic 2023

Pro-Wrestling NOAH has announced that “The Warmaster” Josh Barnett will join Stewart Fulton and Mark Pickering on commentary for NOAH’s “Majestic 2023” show at Ryogoku Sumo Hall taking place on May 4th.

The world-renowned student of Billy Robinson will join us for the second half of NOAH MAJESTIC on Thursday!

International fans may recognise his name from competing as a mixed martial artist and producing in the annual WrestleMania weekend show “Bloodsport” since 2019, which recently saw Barnett lose in shocking fashion to NOAH’s Timothy Thatcher in the main event this year.

Barnett had formerly been on English commentary for New Japan Pro-Wrestling both with Jim Ross and Mauro Ranallo, which included a memorable confrontation with Jay White after Jim Ross was accidentally hurt. Barnett also commentated for the fourth and fifth editions of Bloodsport in early 2021.
