Welcome to Puroresu Gate, a weekly feature where we review attendance figures of Puroresu and Joshi promotions in the most well-known venues in Japan.
This week, we are looking at the 1,800-seat Korakuen Hall. Known as the MECCA of Japanese Pro Wrestling, this venue is used by every Puroresu and Joshi promotion and is considered sacred ground for fans and wrestlers alike.
Pro Wrestling Noah but on a show with a great deal of variety showcasing not only their own brand of Puroresu but a decent portion of Lucha Libre as well. The highlight of the evening was Go Shiozaki and Katsuhiko Nakajima reforming the tag team known as AXIZ to take on Kenoh and Manabu Soya.

A sold-out crowd in Tokyo had the joy and privilege to see Himeka run the gauntlet and face 24 different opponents in a row and have an impromptu game of baseball with Mayu Iwatani that a poor referee will never forget as part of her retirement ceremony!
