Welcome to Puroresu Gate, a weekly feature where we review attendance figures of Puroresu and Joshi promotions in the most well-known venues in Japan.
This week, we are looking at the 8,000-seat Osaka Prefectural Arena in Osaka Japan. This popular venue for Puroresu’s big-name players has been host to some amazing matches and moments over the years.
Pro Wrestling Noah gave fans one hell of N-1 Victory tournament in the month of August which saw several epic and physical encounters. In the end though, Kaito Kiyomiya defeated Hideki Suzuki in an all-time classic and held the trophy up high thanks to a modified Shining Wizard Knee Strike.
