The final stop of the All Japan Pro-Wrestling “HOKKAIDO DYNAMITE SERIES 2026” tour took place on Nov. 3rd at the APA Hotel & Resort Sapporo.
There were 707 fans on hand to witness the AJPW World Tag Team Champions Jun & Rei Saito make their fourth defense of their third reign against the HAVOC duo of Cal Bloom & Shotaro Ashino.
Ashino & Bloom were attempting to bring the belts back into the possession of HAVOC as they were held by Xyon & Oddyssey last year. Cal Bloom seemingly had The Saito Brothers number as he scored pinfall wins over each of them over the past few weeks and was hoping his momentum would result in a championship win.
Bloom & Ashino didn’t have much experience teaming up together prior to this bout unlike the well oiled machine known as Jun & Rei Saito. The champions used their experience to their advantage and proved to be too much for the HAVOC tandem.
Jun & Rei needed to proved a point to, not HAVOC as a whole, but specifically to former WWE star Cal Bloom.
Bloom, who had been undefeated since his debut, fell victim to Jun & Rei’s devastating Chokeslam/Powerbomb combo which was enough to put him away. Rei pinned Bloom which marked the first time the HAVOC powerhouse was pinned inside an AJPW ring.
All four combatants shook hands post-match in a show of respect by both teams.
