Erina Yamanaka Officially Joins the Marigold Roster

The days of being a pro-wrestling freelancer are over for Erina Yamanaka.

At today’s Marigold BURNING DESIRE 2026 event at Korakuen Hall, Yamanaka teamed with Mai Sakurai, Natsumi Shozuki & SYOKO Koshino as the faced and defeated Nagisa Nozaki, Misa Matsui, CHIAKI & Rea Seto in an eight woman tag team bout.

After the match ended, it was revealed that Erina Yamanaka had become an official member of the Marigold roster.

Marigold owner Rossy Ogawa appeared and gave Yamanaka her official Marigold jacket.

“I keep getting called an ‘old lady,’ and even though younger wrestlers than me have been announcing their retirements one after another lately, I’m planning on staying right here even if I have to cling to this ring post. When I do retire, I want to leave the ring as a Marigold wrestler! Thank you so much! Erina Yamanaka is one third of the Marigold 3D Trios champions with Mai Sakurai & Natsumi Showzuki.

Yamanaka has been competing for Marigold since March 2025 as a freelancer but this day forward, she is an official member of the Marigold roster.
