The current World of STARDOM champion Saya Kamitani will be taking an extended leave of absence due to health issues as announced today by STARDOM.

Kamitani enjoyed a stellar 2025 that saw her become the first woman to win the Tokyo Sports Pro-Wrestling MVP and she remained the World of STARDOM champion throughout the year.
