All Japan Pro-Wrestling announced the suspension of Yuma Aoyagi due an incident that recently took place.
According to the report, Aoyagi was involved in a traffic accident on November 23rd in Numazu City. Aoyagi was reported to have run a red light which caused the collision. While Aoyagi was not injured, the driver of the other vehicle was transported to the hospital with a discomfort in their leg.
It was discovered that Aoyagi was driving with an expired license.
AJPW took action and suspended Aoyagi until Feb. 28 2026 with a 50% reduction in pay as well as 3 months house arrest.
Aoyagi was in the midst of participating in the AJPW Real World Tag League with partner Yuma Anzai. All remaining Aoyagi/Anzai tag league matches will be forfeited with 2 pts automatically going to their scheduled opponents.
Aoyagi took to social media to apologize to the fans and Yuma Anzai for the unfortunate incident.

I would like to offer my deepest apologies to everyone who was looking forward to my participation, to everyone who was looking forward to the World’s Strongest Tag League series, and to my partner who participated with me at my invitation. I’m sorry.
AJPW apologized to those who were involved in the traffic accident caused by Aoyagi.
