There are brand new GHC Tag Team Champions.
On Aug. 11, Pro Wrestling NOAH presented its KAWASAKI SUMMER VOYAGE 2025 event at the Culttz Kawasaki with over 1700 fans in attendance.
The main event saw Masa Kitamiya, who recently joined Team 2000x teamed up with fellow unit member Takashi Sugiura as they challenged the GHC Tag Team Champions Manabu Soya & Daiki Inaba.
Kitamiya was sporting a new look as he and Sugiura took the fight to Soya & Inaba. Kitamiya was able to choke out Soya in just over twenty minutes as the referee stopped the bout and awarded the GHC Tag Team Titles to Kitamiya & Sugiura.
The win gave Kitamiya his 8th reign as GHC Tag Team Champion and first with Sugiura.

Jack Morris is no longer a member of Team 2000x as he was kicked out of the faction. Morris was teaming with OZAWA, Daga & Knull as they faced the team of Naomichi Marufuji, Kenoh, Mohammed Yone & Shuji Kondo.
Towards the end of the match, there was seemingly a miscommunication between Morris and Daga. Daga was holding Kondo for Morris to attack. As Morris went to kick Kondo, he moved out of the way and Daga was struck instead. Kondo took advantage, rolled up Daga and won the match for his team.
Daga, upset at Morris, shoved him as Morris responded with a push of his own. This led to Ozawa, Knull, Daga and Yoshi Tatsu to attack Morris thus officially expelling him from Team 2000x.
Jack Morris is one of the founding members of Team 2000x but his association with the faction is no more.
