AphroditE Become Two-Time Goddess of Stardom Tag Team Champions

Utami Hayashishita and Saya Kamitani become the second team in history to win the Goddess Tag Team Championships twice

Nagoya Big Winter saw the crowning of AphroditE as the Goddess of Stardom Tag Team Champions after the belts were declared vacant when Natsupoi was unable to defend them with her partner Saori Anou. The return of both Utami Hayashishita and Saya Kamitani earlier this month had the two immediately stake their claim for the titles against Divine Kingdom, who won this year’s Goddess of Stardom Tag League.

This makes Hayashishita one of two in STARDOM after Nanae Takahashi to have held the tag team championships three times – twice with current partner Kamitani and once with Momo Watanabe as Royal Peach Tea. Additionally, this championship win makes AphroditE the second team after Fukuoka Double Crazy to win the championships  more than once.

The new champions were challenged by Momo Watanabe and Natsuko Tora after their match against Divine Kingdom.
