On Sept. 15th, the All Japan Pro-Wrestling 12th Annual Royal Road Tournament concluded as a sell out crowd of 1469 fans packed Korakuen Hall to witness the event.

The featured bout for the event was a Block A match-up between Kazuyuki Fujita and Manabu Soya. Soya, who was coming off a big tournament win over GHC Heavyweight Champion KENTA, was hoping to carry his momentum into this match with the undefeated Fujita.
