The final two men in the NJPW Best of the Super Juniors tournament have been decided. In a pair of semi-finals that pit former tag title co-holders against each other, Kosei Fujita and YOH punched their tickets to the finals.

Pro-wrestling veteran Kotaro Suzuki has been competing inside the squared circle since 2001. Suzuki has wrestled for various promotions including Pro Wrestling NOAH and All Japan Pro-Wrestling.

The world of pro-wrestling was abuzz on June 4th as longtime Dragongate superstar shocked the Dragongate faithful by announcing he will be departing the promotion.

On June 3rd, during Day 7 of Pro Wrestling NOAH’s NEO GLOBAL TAG LEAGUE, it was announced that Harutoki will miss the remainder of the tournament due to a cervical spinal cord injury, and will be replaced by fellow ALL REBELLION stablemate Alejandro. 

Another shocking announcement occurred today as long time Dragongate superstar Shun Skywalker revealed that he will be leaving the promotion.

As the calendar ticks closer to Forbidden Door, the AEW Women’s World Champion, Thekla, has been stirring the pot. The Toxic Spider took her most direct shot on AEW Dynamite, going so far as to spit on the STARDOM logo.

The final day of block action in the NJPW Best of the Super Juniors took place in Korakuen Hall, bringing a close to a tight competition. The 4 semi-finalists were decided, with members from two tag teams set to face each other in the next round.

Shinjuku FACE played host to the sixth day of Pro Wrestling NOAH’s NEO GLOBAL TAG LEAGUE on June 2nd, with Lykos Gym picking up their first win of the tournament over ALL REBELLION’s Kaito Kiyomiya and Harutoki.  

The unfortunate luck has been continuing for Marigold as they have been plagued with numerous injuries to it’s top stars. Mayu Iwatani, Victoria Yuzuki, Erina Yamanaka and now Seri Yamaoka are all out indefinitely due to various injuries suffered by all.

The NJPW Best of the Super Juniors tournament is rapidly reaching its conclusion. All combatants competed in Korakuen Hall on the penultimate day of block action, setting up a very tense leaderboard heading into the final day.
