Xyon And Oddyssey Destroys Hideki Suzuki At Press Conference Ahead Of Their Tag Team Title Match

All Japan Pro-Wrestling is set to present their next major event GIANT DREAM 2025 on Sept. 23rd at Arena Tachikawa Tachihi.

One of the matches scheduled for GIANT DREAM 2025 is an AJPW World Tag Team Championship bout between the current titleholders Hideki Suzuki & Kengo Mashimo and their challengers HAVOC’s Xyon & Oddyssey.

A press conference was held on Sept. 17th to promote GIANT DREAM 2025 and the situation spiralled out of control between the champions and the challengers.

After Xyon and Oddyssey took their seats, it was announced that Hideki Suzuki was running late to the press conference. Mashimo was unable to attend the press conference due to a prior commitment.

While Xyon was speaking, Hideki Suzuki burst in and began attacking Xyon and Oddyssey with a towel which may have not been the best strategy for Suzuki.

Xyon and Oddyssey used their 2 on 1 advantage and quickly overcame the attack by Suzuki. The two proceeded to destroy Suzuki and then walked out of the press conference with the AJPW World Tag Team Championship in their possession.

Suzuki and Mashimo won the titles back on Aug. 3rd when they dethroned Kento Miyahara and Yuma Aoyagi. This will be their first title defense and the dangerous team of Xyon & Oddyssey are expected to give the champions all they could handle.

Xyon & Oddyssey would like nothing more than to win the titles as it would elevate HAVOC as a faction within AJPW.

Regardless of the outcome, the fans can expect an all out battle when Hideki Suzuki & Kengo Mashimo defend the AJPW World Tag Team Championship against Xyon & Oddyssey on Sept. 23rd at GIANT DREAM 2025.
