Victoria Yuzuki Vows To Run Through The Marigold DREAM★STAR GP 2025 Undefeated

The Marigold DREAM★STAR GP 2025 is in full swing and 20 year superstar Victoria Yuzuki has enjoyed a lightning fast start to the tournament. Yuzuki who is competing in the DREAM League block, has won her first three matches and currently has sole possession of first place with six points.

Yuzuki’s first victory of the DREAM★STAR GP 2025 came on Aug. 2nd when she upset the current Marigold World Champion Utami Hayashishita in a thriller. The win over the champion was crucial for Yuzuki as she immediately established herself as a force in the tournament. Following that victory, Yuzuki defeated CHIAKI on the Aug. 2nd evening event to increase her point total to four.

On Aug 10th at Sendai PIT, Yuzuki faced the person who is expected to be one of her main rivals for many years to come, Seri Yamaoka.  Yuzuki defeated Yamaoka in a hard fought battle between the young superstars. The win was her third in a row and catapulted her into the lead in the DREAM League Block of the tournament.

Yuzuki took to X and vowed to remain undefeated throughout the tournament and confidently stated that she will win the entire DREAM★STAR GP 2025.  Yuzuki indicated she will continue to prove that she will be the one who will lead Marigold.

“With three consecutive wins in the Dream League, we have secured 6 points and have become the sole leaders! I will continue to prove that I am the one who will lead Marigold. I will stand at the forefront and help the young talents of Marigold level up and gain even more momentum! There are still 4 matches left, but we will win them all. Then, we will advance to the championship match and absolutely win.”

Yuzuki’s focus is now on her final four matches of the tournament as she works toward remaining undefeated. Here are the four DREAM★STAR GP 2025 matches left on her schedule:

• Aug. 22: Yuzuki vs. Kouki Amarei
• Aug. 30: Yuzuki vs. Maria
• Sept 2nd: Yuzuki vs. Rea Seto
• Sept. 14th: Yuzuki vs, Mayu Iwatani

The one match that Yuzuki could have her most attention on is the Sept. 14th showdown with Mayu Iwatani. It’s a certainty that Yuzuki hasn’t forgotten that she lost the Marigold Super Flyweight Title to Iwatani back on May 24th. Yuzuki would like nothing more than to avenge that loss to Iwatani and she gets that chance on Sept. 14th.
