The Marigold DREAM★STAR GP 2025 continues on Aug. 22nd at the Sunpearl Arakawa with a full card of action that features two tournament matches.
Marigold young superstar Victoria Yuzuki is having a terrific tournament up until now as she is currently undefeated in the DREAM★STAR GP 2025. Yuzuki’s biggest win of the tournament occurred on Aug. 2nd when she defeated current Marigold World Champion Utami Hayashishita. She currently has 6 points and is currently in first place in the Dream League Block.

Yuzuki is going into the Aug. 22nd event hoping to keep her undefeated streak alive and earn her eighth point. To accomplish this, she will have to defeat former GHC Women’s Champion Kouki Amarei which is something Yuzuki has never done in her career.
Amarei and Yuzuki have met twice before in singles matches back in June 2024 and Sept. 2024, both of which were won by Amarei. In fact, Yuzuki has never been on the winning side against Amarei in singles or tag team matches. Yuzuki has experienced a few time limit draws with Amarei on the opposing side but never a victory.
Yuzuki took to X and commented on never being able to win against Amarei. Despite being winless, Yuzuki remains confident she will emerge victorious for the first time against Amarei on Aug 22.
From Victoria Yuzuki:
“Tomorrow. In all my previous matches against (Kouki) Amarei, I have never won, whether in singles or tag matches. I’m done losing. I’m on a roll right now, so I can’t afford to lose here. I’ll win no matter what. I’m betting more on this stage than anyone else in this year’s DREAM STAR. I’m the one who’s going to make this summer even hotter.”
Yuzuki has been on a great roll with three straight tournament wins but her mental prowess will be challenged on Aug. 22 when she steps into the ring with someone she has never been able to defeat.
