Suwama: “Yukio Naya Should Join Voodoo Murders”

All Japan Pro Wrestling’s rivalry with DDT is still going strong, and Suwama declared he saw the fire inside Yukio Naya. He then suggested Naya to join Voodoo Murders.

The former All Japan Pro Wrestling Triple Crown Champion Suwama has DDT’s Jun Akiyama on sight. Their history has been well documented, and they’re having a personal rivalry. When Suwama appeared in DDT and attacked Akiyama, the declaration of war was clear and loud. Now, Suwama wants to recruit one of DDT’s youngest prospects in Yukio Naya. Suwama saw Naya in All Japan and he said he should join Voodoo Murders. Suwama is no longer a member of the group, but he keeps a good relationship with their commander, TARU.

If Naya actually joins Voodoo Murders, it would be a low blow for DDT entering this conflict. Akiyama has BURNING on his side in this war against Suwama and AJPW, and since debuting in 2020 he has stood for DDT through thick and thin. Of course, more All Japan wrestlers are looking to defy DDT’s biggest stars. Atsuki Aoyagi and Dan Tamura are looking to defeat Yuki Ueno and Toy Kojima, and Akiyama has a rivalry with Atsushi Onita out of all people. This scenario is really interesting to say the least, and what happens now can change a lot of things. What we know now is that both AJPW and DDT are clashing with each other a lot, and historically, that means war.
