Sendai Girls Super Rookie Reina Takano Proves Her Immense Potential In Terrific Bout Against Sareee

Back on July 12th at Sendai Girls ” SENJO THE BIGGEST” event, Reina Takano, who is only 18, made her pro-wrestling debut as she teamed with YUNA and they faced Aja Kong & Miku Kanae in a tag team match.

Takano brought fire and intensity into her debut match and almost instantly won over the crowd at Xebio Arena Sendai. From that day forward Takano, after her very first match, earned the title of “Super Rookie”.

On Oct. 10th, Sendai Girls held it’s “WOMEN’S PRO-WRESTLING BIG SHOW IN SENDAI” at the Sendai Sun Plaza Hall. On the event, Reina Takano faced her toughest opponent to date by far as she battled Sareee in a singles bout.

Before the match began, Takano looked a bit nervous as any rookie would be if her opponent was standing in the opposite corner and it was Sareee. Takano immediately took the fight to Sareee by landing a dropkick and a few forearm smashes as her intensity was on full display.

Sareee’s expertise and experience took over as she controlled a good portion of the bout but Takano was determined not to go down without a fight. Takano, refusing to back down, roared back and very nearly score a pinfall on a few occasions against Sareee which would have been a monumental upset.

As expected, Sareee emerged victorious but Reina Takano proved that she is truly a blue chip prospect for Sendai Girls with the potential to become a future superstar and quite possibly a leader in the world of Joshi Puoresu much like Sareee currently is.

After the bout ended, Sareee shook Takano’s hand and spoke with the super rookie for a bit. Perhaps even Sareee knows that Takano could quite possibly be the future of Joshi Puroresu.

Sendai Girls should remain very excited with Reina Takano within its ranks, because quite frankly, she could very well be the face of the promotion within a few years.
