Fresh off the heels of the 5★STAR GP 2025, STARDOM welcomed 1,814 fans to the Yokohama Budokan for STARDOM TO THE WORLD on September 6th. The fallout of the tournament littered the card, opening with an awards presentation for the competition’s best performances, as well as a trio of title matches that spawned from block results.
After an opening three-way bout saw Rian best Fukigun Death★ and Akira Kurogane, there was an awards ceremony celebrating the best and brightest from the 5★STAR GP. Momo Watanabe took centre stage, proudly showing off her tournament winner’s trophy. Then, trophies were dished out to those who competed in the competition’s best matches. The winners of those are as follows:
Sareee was not best pleased with the recognition her match with Konami received. Taking the microphone, she stated:
‘The only reason this match was picked is because I lost, isn’t it? Good for you, right? Good for you, Konami, and good for you, STARDOM fans, right? I’ll definitely take out this frustration in today’s IWGP match. You better remember that.’

A selection of individual performances were also picked out and awarded:
Then, it was time for the main action of the evening. Topping the card was a trio of title matches, all of them rematches from the 5★STAR GP. First, Sareee defended the IWGP Women’s Championship against. Their BLUE STARS encounter ended in a 15 minute time limit draw. But, without such a tight time constraint this time, the two battled for over 20 minutes. The Sun God would rise victorious, keeping hold of the IWGP Women’s Title with a successful second defense. Next, Starlight Kid defended the Wonder of STARDOM Championship against Tomoka Inaba. This was a rematch from the first night of the 5★STAR GP, where Inaba pinned the masked champion. Now, with more than 2 points on the line, Starlight Kid managed to best Inaba and keep hold of the white belt. Then, the main event saw Bea Priestley challenge Saya Kamitani for the World of STARDOM Championship. Priestley scored a victory over the champion on the 11th night of the tournament, then later announcing that she had signed full time with STARDOM. But, Priestley could not keep that momentum going, as Kamitani defeated the Brit, ensuring the continuation of her red belt reign.
Kamitani must still reckon with the fallout of the 5★STAR GP. Following her successful title defense, AZM made her way to the ring. As the woman who defeated Kamitani in the RED STARS semi-final, AZM challenged Kamitani for the World of STARDOM Championship. However, the stakes were raised even higher. AZM’s NJPW STRONG Women’s Title will also be on the line, winner takes all. The match is set for Septmeber 27th in Korakuen Hall.
