Sareee Is Ready For STARDOM’s 5★STAR GP Tournament, Says She Will Crush Everyone Without Mercy

STARDOM’s annual summer tournament, the 5★STAR Grand Prix is set to get underway on July 27th at the Ota Ward General Gymnasium in Tokyo. One participant who is geared up and ready for the tournament is the current IWGP Women’s Champion Sareee.

Sareee has been placed in the Blue Stars B Block which is a potentially tough block that also includes, Suzu Suzuki, Momo Watanabe, Konami & Momo Kohgo. In her first match of the tournament, Sareee is scheduled to face Konami in match that has become a bit personal.

On July 24th at Korakuen Hall, H.A.T.E. faction members Saya Kamitani, Momo Watanabe & Konami defeated the trio of Sareee, Chi Chi & Miku Kanae. Following their victory, Kamitani, Watanabe & Konami attacked Sareee, Chi Chi & Kanae. Watanabe hit Sareee with a bat and tried to choke her out with it. The post match attacked ended with Sareee and Konami face to face as they shoved each other.

With all that transpired on July 24th, it’s safe to say that Sareee is looking for a bit of revenge and at the 5★STAR Grand Prix opening event  her focus will be squarely on Konami.

Sareee took to X to make a statement about the 5★STAR GP and did mention that Konami could be in for a rough night as she hasn’t forgotten about the attack at Korakuen Hall. The IWGP Women’s Champion also stated that she’ll crush the competition without mercy and will fight through the tournament with her life on the line.

“Starting tomorrow, the 5☆STAR. Nothing but victory will do. I’ll fight through this league with my life on the line. The Stardom ring, the atmosphere, the scenery— I’ll dye it all in Sareee’s colors. I’ll crush everyone without mercy. First match: vs Konami The debt from Korakuen? I’ll pay it back tenfold on the ring, so you better be ready.
