Rossy Ogawa Says New Talent Is Heading To Marigold Which Includes A “Secret Weapon”, Hints On Possible US Tour

There is new talent that will be on their way to Marigold in the near future.

In a new interview with BBM-Japan, Marigold owner Rossy Ogawa revealed that new wrestlers are headed to his promotion. Ogawa stated that there was an individual who was set to debut with another company but ultimately decided to compete in Marigold.

In addition, Ogawa indicated that he has a “secret weapon” heading to Marigold as well.

“Exactly. We’re not the kind of fragile organization that gets thrown off balance just because someone comes in from the outside. We’ve got new talent joining us now, too. There’s a girl who was originally set to debut with another promotion, but after some twists and turns, she ended up coming here. Rossy Ogawa also discussed a potential Marigold tour of the USA which he hopes happens by this Fall.

“Everyone who interacts with our wrestlers is happy. As long as we’re putting on shows, we have to make sure the people who come leave satisfied—and without any bad feelings. Personally, having done this job for half a century, I feel like I’ve done it all, but Marigold is still brand new. We haven’t achieved anything yet. For example, we’re thinking about doing a tour of the U.S., like other promotions do. There are various issues, like visas and venues, but we’re taking it step by step. With Utami Hayashishita set to depart Marigold on May 23rd, it’s welcome news to the promotion’s fans that they can expect new talent to debut soon. It’s very intriguing to speculate who the “secret weapon” is that is coming to Marigold.

Kairi Sane was just released from the WWE and its a safe bet that her name will be rumoured to possibly be Ogawa’s “secret weapon”.
