Marigold GRAND DESTINY 2026 is the next major event for promotion and is set for Oct. 24 at Ryogoku Kokugikan.

At today’s Marigold BATTLE HEART 2026 event at Korakuen Hall, the show concluded with all three Marigold Champions facing off in the ring. After the Marigold United National Champion Victoria Yuzuki defeated Diana Strong to retain her title, she grabbed the mic and addressed the crowd.

Yuzuki, who won the Dream Star GP 2026 tournament, took the opportunity to challenge Marigold World Champion Miku Aono for her Red Belt. Aono came to the ring to confront Yuzuki as the two exchanged words with each other. Suddenly, the Marigold Superfly Champion Mayu Iwatani appeared and joined Yuzuki and Aono in the ring and she had words of her own.

After the situation between all three ended, Wrestle Universe took the opportunity to tease a potential triple threat match between all three champions with every title on the line at Marigold GRAND DESTINY 2026.

Well, the match is no longer to be labeled a “tease” or “potential”. Marigold owner Rossy Ogawa took to X and has confirmed that at Marigold GRAND DESTINY 2026, the main event will be a winner take all triple threat match between Marigold World Champion Miku Aono, Marigold United National Champion Victoria Yuzuki & Marigold Superfly Champion Mayu Iwatani.

From Rossy Ogawa:

“Following the matches at the Korakuen Hall event, the main card for the October 24 event at Ryogoku Kokugikan will feature a three-belt title match between Mirai Aono, Victoria Yuzuki, and Mayu Iwatani. Although this is a triple-title match, it is not a unification bout; rather, the winner takes all three belts. Rather than featuring guest wrestlers from overseas, the event will prominently showcase a battle for the titles among the top three stars of Marigold.” (Translated via Deepl.com)

In his statement, Ogawa has also confirmed that there will be no guest wrestlers from overseas as he has featured in the past with such stars including Iyo Sky. There had been a rumour that Kairi Sane could be appearing at this year’s Marigold GRAND ESTINY 2026 but, according to Ogawa’s statement, that doesn’t appear to be the case.
