Rina Refers To AZM As An Idiot After AZM Vows To End Her STARDOM 5★STAR GP 2025 Win Streak

During major Puroresu tournaments, there is normally at least one competitor that really steps it up and surprises fans with their stellar performance.

At this year’s STARDOM 5★STAR GP tournament, that person is H.A.T.E. faction member Rina. As it currently stands, Rina is undefeated in her first four matches and holds sole possession of first place in the Red Stars B Block with eight points.

Her toughest tournament challenge to date will be on Aug. 6th at Korakuen Hall as she faces the NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion AZM.

AZM is coming off a win over Natsupoi on Aug. 3rd to give her some momentum heading into Korakuen Hall but clearly not the same level of momentum Rina is carrying right now.

Despite this, AZM vowed to end the winning streak of Rina during her Aug. 3rd post-match interview. Rina responded by calling AZM an idiot and dared her to try to stop her momentum.

From AZM:

“Next up at Korakuen? Rina? Back-to-back matches? Back-to-back wins? It looks like she’s on a winning streak, so I, the STRONG Champion, will stop her.”

Rina’s response to AZM:

I’m a whole different breed now, after all. I’ve always wanted to compete on the 5☆STAR stage. It took me a while to make my first appearance, but that’s exactly why I’m getting results. Winning every match. Try and stop my momentum and strength now, you idiot!

AZM is currently three points behind Rina in the Red Stars Block B standings, trailing her 8 points to 5. AZM knows a win would catapult her to within one point of Rina and a loss would leave her an almost insurmountable five points behind.

AZM will be fighting hard to emerge victorious but it’s appears at the moment, the Red Stars B Block belongs to Rina and she has no intention of suffering a setback.
