Rea Seto Shocks Marigold and Joins Darkness Revolution

Marigold is enjoying a strong summer, attracting increased paid attendance at its live events. Momentum continues to grow as it approaches an upcoming show at Korakuen Hall and the start of DREAM STAR GP 2025. Some wrestlers are even being invited to compete abroad, as happened last week with Victoria Yuzuki, Misa Matsui, and Rea Seto.

At Marigold’s show last weekend, Chiaki promised a surprise that would be revealed at the July 12th show. The day arrived, and the main event of the show featured a match between Darkness Revolution (Chiaki, Misa Matsui, and Nagisa Nozaki) and Miku Aono, Victoria Yuzuki, and Rea Seto. The event proceeded normally, but around the 15-minute mark, Seto accidentally stepped on Yuzuki after Matsui moved. Yuzuki didn’t like this at all, and she violently reprimanded Seto. After a couple of shoves, Miku Aono couldn’t stop them. Seto grabbed a chair and hit Aono in the abdomen and then Yuzuki in the head. Matsui pinned Yuzuki for the win.

After the match, Seto addressed Yuzuki, Aono, and the crowd, saying, while crying, that she was tired of the youth talking only about Yuzuki and Seri Yamaoka. She made a decision to change and overcome them. That’s why she announced that she had joined Darkness Revolution. Marigold’s heel faction has four members again, and DREAM STAR GP 2025 becomes even more interesting with the possibility of two members of the faction in each block, yet to be announced.
